About us

The Bahamas Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM) is a national, non-profit organization for human resources and other business professionals. BSHRM is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest body of HR professionals in the world.

Our main objective is to provide a forum for HR Professionals to discuss current HR related and business issues, and enhance their knowledge and skills in the area of human resources by providing technical assistance and support to the members.
